The Annual OGKTMA -- Convention & Global Alumni Meeting will be held on September 13 - 15, 2024 at the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida (14100 Bonnet Creek Resort Ln, Orlando, FL 32821). Celebrating 37 years, we are the largest medical alumni group in the U.S., hosting annual conventions with over 350 (Indian American) physician alumni attending to discuss medical, social, and cultural topics. This year's event (Beyond Medicine: Advaita to AI) features CME sessions, medical talks on critical health issues, and a banquet.
A central part of the experience is the medical exhibition floor, this centrally located space (limited to 20 participants) will be activated from 7am to 3pm on September 14. Explore the many engagement options below. A special 60-page magazine will be published and distributed to our 4000+ members and archived online.

When: September 14, 2024 (Spaces are open at 6am - Registration at 7am - spaces open until 3pm)
Where: Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida (14100 Bonnet Creek Resort Ln, Orlando, FL 32821).
Parking: Self parking, grab a ticket. We will validate. Take Connector Bridge on 2nd Floor that leads to hotel Porte Cochere
Space: Follow Signs to WATERSIDE Ballroom (we are in 1 - 6). Once inside the lobby, follow the signs towards Bonnet Creek Ballroom, Floridian Ballroom & Waterside Ballroom (these are all located on the lobby level). The Waterside Ballroom can be accessed via the Bonnet Creek/Floridian West Foyer. Walk across the connector bridge to enter Waterside Ballroom
Provided: A six foot table with black linen to the floor (no electric). You have 2 feet on either side.
Loading Docks: WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS
Your Items: You can wheel down your items or check with front desk to enlist a bellman (you'd pay him directly)

The Osmania, Gandhi, Kakatiya, Telangana Association is a leading U.S.-based non-profit organization of Indian American medical professionals, all alumni from top medical colleges from Telangana (a state in southern India), colleges include Osmania, Gandhi, Kakatiya Medical College and others. Celebrating 37 years, OGKTMA is the largest medical alumni group in the U.S. We will be hosting 350+ (Indian American) physician alumni. Attendees are onsite for this two day interactive experience and have allocated time to meet each sponsor. Our physician attendee base is 60% male, comprised of all specialties -- 40% are from Central Florida with the remaining coming from other US states.
